The "interference risks" are those present in the execution of contracts for works due to the presence of company employees in the workplace. The DUVRI identifies all the preventive and protective measures to be taken to eliminate or, if this is not possible, to limit the interfering risks as much as possible. The examination is carried out by the Employer in the following ways:
✓ Verifies the technical and professional suitability of contractors or self-employed workers in relation to the works, services and supplies to be contracted out or by means of a work or administration contract.
✓ Acquires the certificate of registration with the chamber of commerce, industry and crafts.
✓ Acquires the self-certification of the contractor or self-employed workers of the possession of the requisites of technical and professional suitability.
✓ Provides the same subjects with detailed information on the specific interfering risks existing in the environment in which they are intended to operate and on the prevention and emergency measures adopted in relation to the specific risks of the contractor's activity.
