Description

Person in possession of the skills and professional requirements designated by the employer. By law, an Employer is supported by one and only one RSPP, in order to make the company policy of safety and hygiene at work, which must be unique, effective and effective. This task can be covered by: - the Employer himself - an employee of the company - an external consultant. It is allowed that the Employer assigns it to a figure external to the Company, subject to verification of the technical and professional skills required by the law on the protection of workplace safety in the workplace.

The appointment of the RSPP is mandatory in all companies where there is at least one worker.

The methodology adopted is aimed at encouraging the learning process and involvement of participants through the adoption of active and dialogical training techniques and tools, in order to stimulate problem-solving skills, the analysis of situations and the decision-making synthesis in the context of the application of the issues dealt with in the work contexts and in the possible risk scenarios in daily activities.

Requisites

The indispensable requirements are based on training and experience: educational qualification not lower than secondary school diploma; proven experience as a RSPP covered for at least 6 months from the date of 13 August 2003 (only if you do not have the minimum secondary school qualification); a certificate of attendance at the courses for Head of the Prevention and Protection Service for a total of 120 hours issued by the Universities or by bodies accredited for such training.
