Program
The Program of the Executives Course is divided into the following Modules:
Module 1: Legal - Regulatory:
- legislative system on worker safety;
- the supervisory bodies and inspection procedures;
- subjects of the company prevention system according to Legislative Decree no. 81/08: duties, obligations, responsibilities and insurance protection;
- delegation of functions;
- civil and criminal liability and insurance protection;
- the "administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations, even without legal liability" pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, and subsequent amendments;
- the qualification systems of companies and the points license in construction. with hierarchical and functional powers appropriate to the nature of the assignment conferred, implements the directives of the employer by organizing the work activity and supervising it.
Module 2: Management and organization of security:
- Organization and management models of health and safety at work (Article 30, Legislative Decree no.81 / 08);
- management of technical administrative documentation;
- obligations related to procurement, work or administration contracts;
- organization of fire prevention, first aid and emergency management;
- methods of organization and exercise of the supervisory function of work activities and with regard to the fulfillment of the obligations provided for in paragraph 3 bis of art. 18 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08;
- role of the person in charge and of the prevention and protection service personnel
Module 3: Risk identification and assessment:
- Criteria and tools for the identification and assessment of risks (DVR);
- work-related stress risk;
- the risk associated with differences in gender, age, origin from other countries and the type of contract;
- interference risk and risk management in carrying out contract work;
- the technical, organizational and procedural measures of prevention and protection based on risk factors;
- the consideration of missing accidents and the results of the participation activities of the works and of those in charge;
- personal protective equipment;
- health surveillance
Module 4: Communication, training and consultation of workers:
- interpersonal skills and role awareness;
- strategic importance of information and training as tools for understanding the company reality;
- communication techniques;
- teamwork and conflict management;
- consultation and participation of workers' safety representatives;
- nature, functions and methods of appointment or election of workers' safety representatives
