Legislative Decree 81/2008 (art.34) indicates that the Employer can carry out the role of Head of the Prevention Service and the DL RSPP course provides Employers with knowledge on safety and health in the workplace allowing you to personally carry out the role of Head of the Prevention and Protection service. Business risk is divided into 3 levels and includes different course hours: low risk (16 hours of course) medium risk (32 hours of course) high risk (48-hour course)

Certificate issued by the certifying Authority
The cases in which direct execution is allowed are for those who have: - artisan or industrial companies up to 30 workers; - agricultural and livestock farms with up to 30 workers; - fishing companies with up to 20 workers; - other companies up to 200 workers. of your company (DL RSPP).
