The main task of the RSPP is to assist the employer in the assessment and management of health and safety risks and drafting the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), both personally and through the Prevention and Protection Service ( SPP). The current legislation provides that the role of the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service can also be fulfilled by an external figure with respect to the company, as long as they possess the appropriate requirements that the SSAD technicians possess.
